By downloading or using Naro ("the app", "we", "our"), you agree to these terms. Please read them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Naro is intended for users 13 years of age and older. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
You may use Naro for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may create goals, use the focus timer, read your journal, and use earned Stars to unlock content within the app.
Naro offers optional in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you downloaded the app. All purchases are subject to the applicable store's payment terms and refund policies. We do not handle payment information directly.
Stars are earned within the app and may be used to unlock content. Stars have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real currency. We reserve the right to modify the Star economy at any time.
Companions, backgrounds, motions, and music tracks unlocked within the app are licensed to you for personal use within Naro. They are not owned by you and cannot be transferred. We may update or discontinue virtual content with reasonable notice.
You own the goals, notes, and other content you create in the app. By using Naro, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to provide the app's functionality. We do not share your content with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
All app content — including design, characters, artwork, music, and code — is owned by or licensed to Naro. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission.
Naro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use the app at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of Stars.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account or by emailing support@withnaro.net. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any purchases made through Apple, Google, or another app store.
If Naro is downloaded from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
If Naro is downloaded from Google Play, your use of Google Play and Google Play Billing is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Google is not responsible for providing support for Naro.
You may not use or export Naro in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, or other laws. You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of Naro after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Korea.
